Atascadero changes sign ordinance; saves business a chunk of change
An Atascadero business owner whose mural almost cost him a big chunk of change is off the hook. The mural at the the “K-Man Cycle and Run” store shows two cyclists. At first, the city said it was a way for the business to advertise, and that the owner should pay a 600-dollar sign permit fee.
